Wellness Workshops

Each Monday at 5:45 p.m., our dynamic and information-packed Link to Health Workshop is presented at the Chiropractic Life Centre, covering topics from "What is Chiropractic?" to "How we can help you achieve your goals," to What you can do to enhance your healing, and many other interesting topics. 

It is our office policy that all patients attend the Link to Health Workshop prior to beginning Chiropractic care so that you can get the most out of your healing investment. By attending the free workshop first, you'll receive your Initial Consultation and Subluxation Scan free, a $50.00 value (this does not include x-rays). Dr. Cook and Dr. Helmstaedt are also available for community talks and presentations. If your club or group is interested in becoming healthier and would like to learn more about how Chiropractic can help, we are now planning our speaking arrangements for upcoming months.
